Shipping and delivery

All orders are subject to a processing period prior to shipment. Processing time is up to 4 business days for lactation supplement orders and up to 7 business days for mystery scoop box orders. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand.

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier. Any delivery-related concerns, including delays or missing packages, must be addressed directly with the carrier using the provided tracking number.

If you have placed an order and have not received tracking information, you must contact us through the website contact form and include your order number for assistance.

We are not liable for lost or stolen packages. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. We are unable to modify shipping addresses once an order has been shipped.
